Once in a while I get this serious to pause & reflect!:)Last year has made me respect my own company even more. I enjoy quiet time reading, listening to music or just being. I don’t want to step out when I get some breathing space from my crazy schedule.
We are so scared of our alone time cos we never want to face our thoughts, our demons. However, if you don’t look within, how will you see clearly outside?
