Unbanning hate is betrayal!
I am deeply anguished. Disgusted. Angry. And I speak not just for myself but for countless Indians who watched our brave men fall to bullets and bombs in Pahalgam, Uri, Pulwama, and so many other terror-ridden spots where Pakistan’s hand has been repeatedly exposed.
And now, after all this, we are expected to welcome back those very voices that have ridiculed, mocked, and maligned our sovereignty?
A Pakistani celebrity recently had the audacity to post a vitriolic, venom-laced story celebrating the unbanning of his social media handles in India. He did not stop there. He accused our nation of orchestrating attacks on our soil, insulted our Prime Minister, and then had the gall to suggest that the solution to the Kashmir issue is for India to “give Kashmir to Pakistan.”
Let me remind him and those who think like him: Kashmir is not a piece of negotiable land. It is the crown of India, soaked in the blood of countless martyrs who have laid down their lives protecting it. Your propaganda may get airplay in your echo chambers, but it will never shake the resolve of this nation.
We banned Pakistani social media handles for a reason — to shut down hate, misinformation, and glorification of terror. If some of these handles have been quietly unbanned, it raises serious questions. Why were they allowed back? Who took that call? And at what cost?
Meanwhile, we are expected to sit across the table for an Asia Cup cricket match as though nothing ever happened. As though blood is just water and terror is a game.
Cricket cannot be a balm for terrorism. It cannot whitewash the pain of a mother who lost her son in a cowardly ambush. It cannot erase the screams of a child orphaned by a grenade blast. Sporting diplomacy cannot come at the cost of our national integrity.
This is not just about social media. This is about national honour.
We must stop normalising relations with a country that continues to breed terror and celebrate hate against India. We cannot — must not — forget the carnage. Not in Pahalgam. Not anywhere.
If we cannot stand up for our fallen heroes now, when will we?
Stay Aware, Stay Safe.
Jai Hind, Jai Bharat.
